Nate and Roxanne
I was thinking that at first Roxanne may not like Nate at all because of the way he is. But over time they become friends, then later on maybe they could become finals.
Ashley and Valeria
I was thinking these two could be friends with benefits.
Nate and Beatrice
These two are quite similar so I reckon they should have a fling.
James and Veronica
Let's do something different wth these to, so why don't we have them being enemies with benefits, so like one minute they are having an arguement and the next moment they are making out and sleeping with each other.
Nate and Julian
Nate could get along with Julian so maybe they could become close friends.
Add/Delete/Modify anything.

JULIAN && FRIDA- - you already know! finals/ good friends!
ANGIE&& FRIDA-- i feel like angie can get her in trouble. Bring a little bad side out of her.
VERONICA&& FRIDA-- i say friends, veronica is one of the handful of doctors that treat her like a person, and not some crazy girl, frida would like that. So maybe veronica tells her all about her scandals and drama, while frida pretends to listen at times. haha.

nate && roxxy , not wanting someone for her right now. i just want to see how she goes this time because she is a very sensible char and i just want to see how she reacts to people in general. and she will not like him... cause she hates people who drink as well. /:
ashley && val , yeah that could work. just for fun but currently she is in the hospital cause she got beat up by someone.
james && ronnie , ahah when she hates someone she really does hate the person and she will do her best to fuck him over not to fuck him and have a good time. she will probably tease him and just be evil to him. ahah
nate && julian , that sounds good, he needs friends.

i can imagine charley having an attraction to julian, partly because they're fellow schizos and also because she's flirtatious like that. charley will probably just stubbornly hit on julian whether he returns her feelings or not.

-cracks knuckles- HERE GOES! Though I am not going to plot each of my five with everyone. That would be one massive list.
Julian & Reagan - She’d feel bad for him, and she’d understand being dumped and feeling like completely empty. Rea can be a great friend to him, being there for him.
Julian & Michael - Mike could be that good friend to him. Mike is indifferent to women because he’s terrified of kissing them. Heh. So he’d be a good friend to Julian. Tell him girls aren’t everything.
Alexzandra & Destiny - Though Destiny isn’t in the rehab facility, she’d probably have met her once or twice and became a good friend to her. She’d bring her cookies and encourage her. 
Alexzandra & Dawson - Dawson is Narcoleptic he understands how things happen, and not because you want them to. He tends to hurt himself by accident in falls and he’d have a understanding of what she goes through (though not completely) Good Friends
Angeline & Reagan - Best friends. She’d understand being suicidal and Reagan tries to place her in the way of the more wild people and try and help her friends even when she doesn’t think she personally can be helped.
Ella & Michael - He’d be sympathetic towards her loss. Michael would try and be that ear to listen to her problems because that’s what Michael is best at.
Jewel & Dawson - He’s overly funny and random. He would probably enjoy her humor. Friends of some sort.
Roxanne & Reagan - Reagan won’t allow for her to lock herself in a room. She’d even take on the violence. Rea would help Roxanne as much as she could. Biffles? IDK. I’m running out of ideas. Lmao.
Travis & Jayden - Jay would probably like him. Mostly because he is there to save his ass. And like him isn’t into doing the patients. These two probably get along quite well.
James & Jayden - Jay would probably get irritated with him. Probably accuse him at not doing his work and had to do his job here and there. So enemies and or annoyances.
Karen & Reagan - Reagan is easy to get a long with, though she likes to close herself off at times. She’d love to help Karen through her pregnancy. Probably become that new friend, since her hubby is leaving. /fail
MINA & JAYDEN - LOVE LOVE LOVE! THE END.
Veronica & Jayden - He’d probably hate her a hell of a lot.
Serena & Harlow - Harlow isn’t made yet. But I am going to make her today. These two will make great friends, Harlow has the same thought process.
