devon was born in bristol, england and lived there for most of her young life. that was until her family and best friend got involved and sent her to rehab because they seem to think that fucking anything with a pulse is a bad thing. devon doesn't believe that humans were meant to be monogamous- if they were we'd come in pairs. she's sneaky and manipulative when it comes to getting what she wants; but she's bubbly, loud and a complete sweetheart for the most part. she can be really stubborn about somethings and knows how to dig her heels in if she really has to. everyone assumes she's a bit of an air head - yes she's ditzy and loves to look her best, but she's not completely stupid. it's true - she's bisexual and really isn't all that fussy either. devon is super laid back and as long as she's having a good time; she's happy. she needs everything - so plot her up. c:

taylor doesn't want to be here, she doesn't think she has a problem whatsoever. her father gave her an ultimatum though; rehab or he was cutting her off. so here she is, mouthing off about what a hell hole this place is to anybody who will listen to her. tay can come across as a bit of a brat at times, and she is - she likes things to go her way and she isn't shy about it either. there is nothing shy about taylor knight - she's loud, she's outgoing and she's a major flirt - as far as taylor is concerned the only person she has to please is herself. born and bred in new york city, taylor was a socialite who was constantly in the gossip columns, dragging her father's company through the mud with her antics and he was sick of it; so she's here getting help for her out of supposedly out of control behaviour. she's only a stage one eating disorder so she doubts she'll be here for long, but she still needs a little bit of everything while she is here.

callum dirusso is one of the stage three violence disorder patients - he's not someone you want to meet if he's in a bad mood, put it that way. he's hurt people to the extent where they've been hospitalized, the slightest thing sets him off and he doesn't like to think about other people. once he loses it, he struggles to control it - he has numerous outbursts and it's better to just stay away from him. he doesn't want friends, he doesn't want people to "get him" - he'd rather slit their throat and watch them bleed. the only person he wants in his life is the boy he raped when he was a teenager, he's obsessed and is determined to finish what he started all those years ago, and since he found out that he's here too on ruby's island - callum is doing everything he can to drag out declan's pain as long as he possibly can and the best part is, nobody has tried to stop him yet so he's not going to stop until the job is done.. he might be a twisted psycho, but he still needs some plots though.

izzy, belle, izzybee, whatever floats your boat really and she'll answer to it - the only objection she has is people using her full name - it reminds her of her family far too much and they're the whole reason she came to ruby's island in the first place; to get away from them all. she comes across as shy and quiet; to a certain extent she is - but once she gets to know someone then she opens up a little bit and becomes a little more outgoing. no matter what though, she's always friendly and it doesn't take her too long to warm up to new people. she's an intern and has only been here for six months or so; she left california the day she found out her application had been succesful and she adores what she does, even if some of the patients do tend to make her nervous. belle knows how to hold her own though, she isn't a complete pushover and can stand up for herself quite easily. she needs it all, so plot away pleaaase.

KASEY AND DEVON alright so i have two possible plots for these two. first, the two could simply just become bff's, because they've got a lot of hilariously adorable pictures together. the second possible plot it, kasey was a foster kid from the age of eleven to, well, pretty much when he was legal to be on his own. i have it so one of his foster sisters was his first kiss. she kissed him because she didn't want him to be her brother, so she did it when she made sure one of her parents would catch them and send him on his way. perhaps she was that foster sister? years later they end up on the same island and have this awkward beginning, but end up good friends? whichever works for you.
